How it Works

INVENTORY

The platform captures every AI use case, dataset, workflow, and vendor in scope — from evidence and structured intake, not a one-time survey.

SCORE

A weighted scoring engine evaluates each area against recognized frameworks. Sensitive-data exposure is measured with a dedicated likelihood-impact-control risk model.

CLASSIFY

Findings are tiered by severity and risk. Tools, datasets, and workflows are classified so leadership sees what is defensible, what is exposed, and what is critical.

REPORT

The platform generates an executive report, a findings register, and a 30-60-90 day roadmap — exportable and ready for the board.
