Leadership and subject-matter contributors provide structured input through the platform. Existing telemetry — security tooling exports, vendor documentation, policy material — is imported directly. Intake is structured, not a blank-page survey.

3 — ASSESSMENT

The platform's scoring engine evaluates each area against recognized frameworks. Findings are tiered by severity, risk, and exposure. Sensitive-data exposure is measured with a dedicated risk model.

4 — FINDINGS

Blacksite generates the executive report, findings register, scorecards, and a 30-60-90 day remediation roadmap. Leadership receives a clear, prioritized view of what to fix first.

5 — READOUT

A structured executive readout walks leadership and the board through findings, exposure, and the roadmap. The full engagement record is exportable and owned by the client.
